Upon having a succesful crowdfunding through our Userbase on StartEngine, we are now looking for a 10x Developer. Someone who can 10x our company. The income floor here is high, and the ceiling is high, but this is not a job for someone who wants to take on the position and put in Lackluster efforts. We''re looking for someone who has no problem coming in on weekends to support company needs. We need someone who has no issue putting full effort into each hour to ensure that things are getting done. Someone who can set the example for juniors through work, and not just by making consulting efforts.
I''m looking for a Partner. Someone who can build this company alongside me, from an already profitable company, to a Startup Unicorn.
We have generated multi 7-figures in revenue since inception, but things have slowed a bit and our App isn''t as effective as it should be. We have considered moving into a relational database, to ensure our development process runs smoothly. Currently, we do experience a decent amount of bugs and some disorganization in the development process.
Main point is, we have a medium sized code base and when you come on board, you''ll need to be able to understand the code base from nose to tail, and then dissect where improvements can be made to structure our project and product for the longterm. What we''re building is unique, and challenging, but also very creative.
