About the Role
To support our international expansion and product development efforts, we are looking for a Product Specialist. This role is focused on 50% product training (internal and external), 30% market research, and 20% aftersales support, helping us build industry-leading e-bike products that delight our customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as the primary technical ambassador, delivering clear and engaging product explanations and training to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, trade show attendees).
- Collect and analyze product feedback from customers, retailers, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and emerging needs.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Marketing teams to transform market insights into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap and development priorities.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams, assisting with post-sale technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex cases to the engineering department when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in smart hardware or consumer electronics product development.
- Understanding of hardware components to assist in product troubleshooting and customer guidance.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills. Any additional European language will be considered a plus.
- Experience with camera systems, gimbals, or imaging-related hardware products is a strong plus.
