About the role - In this role you manage a team of 15-25 people and make sure the team is working safely and efficiently and meeting quality standards. Your main job is to lead the team well, create a positive work culture and stay on track of production targets. You will report to your Teamleader. In this role you act as the first point of contact for your team. You are the operational replacement in the absence of the Teamleader. The job is carried out in two shifts; one week early shift, the other week late shift. Your training period will take appr. 6-8 weeks.
