- Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades,migrations, and installations. - ERP management, improvement andconfiguration with our supplier - Evaluate, recommend and implementnew technologies (AI), tools, and solutions to improve efficiencyand productivity. - Ensure security of IT systems, including databackup, antivirus protection, and access controls. - Implement andenforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure complianceand security. - Collaborate with other departments to understand ITneeds and requirements. - Install, configure, and maintain computerhardware, software, and networks. - Troubleshoot hardware andsoftware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, andservers. - Provide technical support to users, includingtroubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems. - Responsiblefor inventory of others materials (smartphone, screen, tablet) -Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledgesharing and training.
