Motivated by the companys Together and Beyond strategy, Geoposts Communication department has a dual mission: to define, promote and radiate the corporate Geopost brand and to support the commercial brands (DPD, Chronopost, SEUR, BRT) to differentiate from the competition. The communication team is transforming to be further more impact driven and is therefore looking for his/her next Content Manager. As a Content Manager, you lead our editorial strategy and oversee content production across multiple channels and formats including strategic messaging. This is a key role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced international environment to produce punctual or ongoing content. Working closely with internal teams (communications, marketing, HR, sales, sustainability, operations, innovation... but also our BU contributors) and managing our external content agency, the Content Manager plays a central part in amplifying our voice and value via a consistent, engaging and impact-driven editorial & content strategy. You are a key player of the communication team, reporting to the external communication and content manager, and collaborating with every team: internal team, digital team, commercial brand team Manage end-to-end content production (text articles, videos, infographics): from planning to briefing, editing, approval and publication, briefing & interviews included. Draft and edit original written content in English (and/or French exceptionally), depending on the needs and channels, to complete the flow which is owned by the agency. Initial training: 5 to 10 years in a position of Content manager in an editorial agency and / or within a communications or marketing team working for internal and / or external communications. ~ English level C1 you know how to drive processes and respect deadlines, whilst showing an agile mindset when need to switch from one idea to another quickly if required. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
