Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and strengthening our market position with high-quality fire protection systems. Initially, you will focus on the Dutch market, but you will have the opportunity to grow into an international sales role, where you will support and train our exclusive distributors abroad.
Your Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure successful deals.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that win customers over.
Work closely with internal teams, including technical specialists, to ensure excellent client support.
Travel nationally and internationally to meet clients and distributors, strengthening relationships in person.
What We Expect from You
A completed vocational (MBO) or higher education in a relevant field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fire protection or related industries.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
Ability to build trust and maintain lasting client relationships.
Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
