Are you an experienced Expeditor who can keep complex procurement packages on track? Join a top offshore engineering team to ensure that essential materials and equipment arrive precisely when and where they are needed.

What Youll Do:

• Lead meetings with global suppliers to align on technical specs, contracts, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and audit all procurement documents, POs, contracts, and delivery schedules while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential delays or discrepancies, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive timely solutions.
• Track supplier KPIs and shipment progress; report on risks and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with freight teams to schedule transport and confirm on-site arrival plans.
• Analyse delivery workflows and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and reliability.

What You Bring:

• 5 years in procurement, package management, or expediting, ideally in offshore, oil & gas, or renewables.
• Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related.
• Deep understanding of supply-chain processes, contract terms, and ERP software.
• Exceptional organisation, negotiation prowess, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
