Being a technical SME to junior team members and business counterparts to drive a successful outcome. technical activities: customizing and configurating software applications or systems to meet the agreed scope; during all stages of the deployment project, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and internal teams as needed learning and Ccaching: being updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape to onboard and mentor colleagues in regular solution engineer position. at least 4-7 years of experience working with many of the below-mentioned technologies ~ experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery ~ ability to learn new technologies fast ~ excellent written and verbal English ~ exprience with Jira.
