Purpose of the role
Support our Omnichannel Marketing Activation team in creating impactful consumer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints, contributing to campaigns, product launches and activations for key accounts while gaining hands-on marketing experience.
What you will do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activation plans, including product launches, seasonal campaigns and consumer-facing events.
- Help bring campaigns to life across adidas stores, wholesale partners and digital channels through engaging in-store and digital communication.
- Collaborate with external agencies to support the organization and delivery of product launches, events and other consumer activations.
- Support activations involving influencers and athletes and contribute to the development of creative content for social media and in-store use.
- Collaborate with Brand Communications, Newsroom, Sports Marketing, Sales and other teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Support the tracking and evaluation of in-store and digital marketing activities and help gather insights on their performance.
- Contribute to marketing plans for key accounts and support the preparation of presentations and materials together with Sales teams.
- Gather feedback on marketing concepts, campaign materials and activation tools to support future improvements.
- Communicate regularly with Sales, Marketing colleagues and external partners to support ongoing projects and activities.
- Participate in store visits to understand campaign execution and the consumer experience at the point of sale.
Skills you will need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or another relevant field.
- Strong interest in marketing, consumer experiences, sports and fashion.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with different teams and partners.
- Creative mindset with an interest in campaigns, events, digital marketing and content.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the internship, you should:
- Be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship, or be in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.
- Ideally be in the final year of your studies, with a maximum of one year remaining until graduation following the internship.
- Be available for the full duration of the six-month internship.
