About the Role
Consol Partners are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join their client''s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse solutions and BI services that drive informed decision-making across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-cultural, multilingual environment on impactful, large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing data warehouse architectures.
- Implement and maintain robust ETL processes for data integration across multiple systems.
- Create and support business dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality BI and reporting solutions.
- Apply data modeling and OLAP techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data structures, processes, and standards.
- Ensure adherence to naming conventions, coding standards, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent knowledge of:
- Data warehouse design and architecture principles.
- Relational database systems in data warehouse environments.
- Business Intelligence tools, particularly Qlik Sense.
- ETL tools and methodologies.
Good knowledge of:
- Data modeling tools and techniques.
- OLAP and data mining tools.
Demonstrated ability to:
- Work effectively in a multi-cultural, collaborative environment.
- Participate in multilingual meetings with clarity and professionalism.
- Communicate fluently in both English and French, in both spoken and written form.
