About the role

• As a product manager, you will lead integration of Scalamid capabilities with Equitone brand shaping the future of product portfolio at Exteriors division to fully maximize its potential while supporting best customer experience.
• As a leader you will engage people around innovation and product management, plan and organize processes to deliver new product offer to keep leadership position of Equitone brand.
• The customer needs are what should drive you and you like to analyse the market and competitive landscape (represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization, develop a common market understanding and connect it to the future portfolio, map & monitor critical to customer specifications).
• You manage the entire product portfolio throughout its full life cycle.
• You develop a product offering in line with our strategy & values by materialising innovation with cross functional teams, drive its market introduction from concept to release and to support the launch.
• Elaborate and build a consistent and logical pricing strategy.

About you

• You have higher professional or academic level in a marketing, business or technical (building, mechanics, thermodynamics, architecture) area.
• You gained international experience as product manager or similar during at least 5 years, most preferably in the building sector.
• You can express yourself comfortably in English.
• You are a leader, able engage and drive teams, deliver results.
• You are an excellent communicator and adapt your message to the audience and build a network through the organization.
• You have a particularly keen technical interest.
• You are triggered by the challenge to answer business requirements with industrially scalable solutions.
• You have great analytical skills and can back up opinions with facts and set aside personal convictions.
• You have a proven methodical approach in realizing projects with multiple stakeholders.
