Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Provide visibility on overall planning, market performance, and key business updates.Consolidate and share insights on demand trends, COTA projections, capacity, and supply readiness for special programs.Ensure timely reporting of hot topics, operational risks, and key actions across Markets and Functions.Provide visibility and coordinate cross-team efforts for non-standard or critical topics, obtaining approvals per RACI if required and tracking progress to mitigate potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Market Coordination Partner, ensuring strong alignment between Supply Planning and local markets, providing clear visibility on risks, drivers of availability, and required actions.
- Lead in‑depth availability and service analyses (including COTA – Confirmed On Time Availability) to identify root causes, emerging trends, structural issues, and end‑to‑end improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
- Facilitate regular business reviews with markets, presenting performance insights, reporting on availability and COTA, and driving discussions focused on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify performance gaps and E2E improvement levers, recommending solutions that strengthen supply availability, optimize flow, and enhance the overall customer service level.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Source Network Planning, Buy, Post Buy, and Market teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, anticipate disruptions, and capitalize on opportunities to improve supply chain performance.
- Translate business requirements into data‑driven insights and solutions, ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to make informed, timely decisions.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in operations or planning reporting, or supply chain analytics
