Gestagua (part of the SAUR Group) is responsible for the management of the integral water cycle in its entirety or in some of its phases.
We are currently looking for a HR Trainee to be based in our office, in Madrid.
Functions:
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees in French Overseas Territories (Reunion and West Indies)
- Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
- Ideally first experience as HR trainee
- Fluent in French and English. Spanish appreciated
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
