Role Overview:
As a Biofuel Broker, your primary focus will be on executing commercial transactions, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, and identifying new business opportunities. Youll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to help grow the business and strengthen our market presence. This is a client-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys building connections, negotiating deals, and is eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and execute commercial transactions with clients and suppliers.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our market footprint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and identify strategies to meet company targets.
- Keep track of market trends and competitive dynamics, using this information to inform business decisions.
- Support in the negotiation of contracts, ensuring win-win solutions for both SFI and clients.
- Work with a proactive, results-oriented mindset to achieve personal and team sales goals.
What Youll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role (previous experience in related sectors is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships and influence others.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Native (or nearly) English required (additional languages are a bonus).
