Together with a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician to join a dynamic production team in Breda . This role operates on a 3-shift roster and involves running high-tech production lines in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
- Ensure product quality and compliance by following GMP standards and SOPs.
- Analyze and document process data using SAP/MES.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen, TPM, etc.) to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with operators, line leads, and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Escalate atypical events and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Complete shift handovers and meet required training deadlines.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-10+ years in a manufacturing environment (preferably GMP/GDP/ISO).
- 5+ years working with Lean/Six Sigma, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/MES).
Education Skills:
- MBO (technical/process) or VAPRO A/B.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt certification.
- Strong proficiency in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competencies:
- Team-oriented, structured, and accountable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, including overtime and weekends.
Practicalities
- Location: Breda (on-site)
- Contract: 1-year, with the possibility of extension
- Schedule: 3-shift rotation
- Languages : English Fluency (Dutch is a plus!)
