As the right hand of our F&B Manager, you''re the bridge between our team on the floor and the management. You''re hands-on, present in the daily operations, and always one step ahead. At the same time, you contribute behind the scenes sharing ideas to elevate our concept, improving workflows, and helping organize unforgettable events and VIP moments.

THIS IS YOU

• Youve completed a relevant MBO level 4 education in hospitality or similar.
• You bring leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• You have a deep passion for food, drinks, and next-level guest experiences.
• You''re a strong communicator both in Dutch and English.
• You keep your cool under pressure and love a buzzing atmosphere.
• You''re a true team player who lifts others up and leads by example.
• You''re hungry to grow, improve and bring positive energy every single day.

• Lead by example and coach your team members daily in our strive to perfection.
• Turning operational insights into impactful management decisions.
