As we scale, we''re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and partnerships across Spanish- and English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts in both Spanish- and English-speaking regions
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, market trends, and performance to senior leadership
- Contribute to the development and leadership of a growing sales team
- Have experience working with platforms such as Upwork for onboarding tech clients
Ideal Profile:
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tech or fintech sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools
- Based in Spain (preferably Madrid) or open to remote work with availability for occasional client meetings
