Are you an experienced Customer Support leader looking to make a real impact? Were recruiting on behalf of a growing PE backed software business that is undergoing an exciting phase of transformation, and they are looking to recruit a Customer Support Leader to drive service excellence, enhance customer experience, and lead a high-performing team.
The Role
As Customer Support Lead, you will take ownership of the Customer Service team, focusing on professionalising service delivery, optimising workflows, and fostering a customer-first culture. Youll play a key role in driving efficiency, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Consultants.
- Optimising service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Encouraging a proactive, problem-solving mindset within the team.
- Acting as the first escalation point for complex issues.
- Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identifying and leveraging upsell and customer growth opportunities.
- Standardising workflows and best practices across the department.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years experience in a service-oriented role in the software industry (ERP experience is a plus)
- 3+ years leadership experience in a customer service or support environment.
- Strong expertise in customer service strategy, process optimisation, and coaching.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring and improving service KPIs.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with automation and software applications is essential.
