Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities cover the phases of project execution for manufacturing activities in the Line/Workshop.
- From TTM up to CGR, responsible for:
- Manufacturing contribution to:
- Industrial QCD Management
- Supply chain process definition & validation
- Quality plan validation
- Industrialization
- Manufacturing contribution of EHS risks & Ergonomics analysis
- Manufacturing preparation of the line/workshop:
- Manufacturing planning preparation (workload, etc.)
- Manufacturing resources & skills management (staffing, trainings, qualification, etc.)
- Industrial process hand-over from PME to manufacturing
- APSYS deployment (shop floor tools) preparation
- As of CGR up to FQA, responsible for:
- Finalization of manufacturing preparation
- Complete scope of manufacturing activities, including:
- Intermediate handover (EPU level) with configurations, inspections, NCR, rework, missing parts, deviations, incomplete operations, etc.
- On-time closing of work orders in MES
- Booking of productive & nonproductive hours in MES
- Full APSYS deployment
- Monitoring and improving SQCD performance and KPIs
- Continuous improvement initiatives, including workstation optimizations via APSYS tools
- Issues management:
- Timely issue reporting in MES
- Corrective actions (QRQC)
- Organizing product change execution (if applicable)
- Retrofit execution of first trains/products (if applicable)
- Providing manufacturing feedback for first trains/products to support functions
Hierarchical Management Responsibilities
- Managing time and activity of all employees, ensuring legal compliance
- Improving occupational safety, including contractors
- Developing qualification matrices for processes and personnel
- Managing People Management Cycle (PMC) as per HR policies
- Implementing corporate policies (IRIS, EHS, Ethics and Compliance)
Competencies & Skills
Functional skills include profound knowledge of special processes, industrial management, manufacturing technologies, configuration & change management, automation, greenfield/brownfield development, site facilities, transfer of technology, ergonomics, and transversal skills.
Team management skills including cross-functional leadership, EHS rules, lean management, supply chain, quality processes, product knowledge, social law, and digital tools for KPI management.
