Verbatim Pharma are currently working with a global Clinical Trial Service company who are looking for a QA Manager to oversee their QA/QC functions in their Netherlands site.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global growing pharmaceutical organisation.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participate in process improvement programs, and interact with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

This role is full time based on their brand-new warehouse close to Amsterdam.

You must be fluent in English and Dutch would be advantage.

Key duties include:

• Leading and developing the Quality team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Managing regulatory inspections, licences, and GMP/GDP compliance.
• Driving CAPA programmes, resolving quality issues, and implementing improvements.
• Overseeing resources, validation activities, and ensuring continuous supply.
• Conducting audits, risk assessments, and GxP training to uphold compliance.
