Office Manager

The Office Manager plays a key role in managing Customer Service, Support Service, and Reception activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Handling incoming calls and routing them appropriately.
  2. Welcoming visitors and escorting them to the relevant personnel.
  3. Managing appointments, meeting rooms, office supplies, and resources.
  4. Processing mail and emails, and creating internal memos and notes.
  5. Organizing and archiving documents, both digital and physical.
  6. Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  7. Maintaining office technology and equipment.
  8. Handling complaints and inquiries from customers and employees, forwarding or resolving as needed.

Your Ideal Profile:

  1. Vocational training as an Administrative Assistant or similar.
  2. 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  3. Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  5. High customer focus.
  6. Warm and friendly personality.
  7. Fluent in English and German; French skills are a plus.
