We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketer based in the Netherlands

What you will be doing
- Paid Digital Advertising Management: Execute and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across all Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, and potentially other relevant platforms. This includes campaign setup, keyword management, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and budget monitoring
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted ABM campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and develop relevant engagement strategies
- Keyword Research & Optimization (PPC): Conduct keyword research to inform PPC campaign strategy and optimize existing campaigns for performance
- Ad Copy & Creative Support (PPC & ABM): Contribute to the development of compelling ad copy for PPC and assist in tailoring messaging and creative assets for ABM initiatives
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation (PPC & ABM): Implement audience targeting strategies for PPC and assist in identifying and segmenting key accounts for ABM in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital advertising (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and ABM activities (engagement metrics, lead generation within target accounts)
- Data Analysis & Insights: Assist in analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide input to the Marketing Manager
- A/B Testing & Experimentation Support: Support the implementation of A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages and E-mail campaigns
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business goals
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keep informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, paid advertising, and ABM
- Platform Familiarity: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant digital advertising platforms and ABM concepts
What our ideal candidate looks like
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, or LinkedIn, display ads and other digital ads platforms
- Solid understanding and experience with ABM platforms or tools and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and analysis
- Experience with keyword research and audience targeting concepts
- Practice and measure A/B testing in Ad and E-Mail campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ideally with knowledge in design tools such as canva, photoshop, others
- Nice to have knowledge in CRM tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
