About the Role

As our Regional Sales Representative for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, youll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in a sector set for rapid growth. Your mission is to drive new sales, establish key accounts, and grow our existing client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills in a rapidly advancing field while working within a vibrant, multicultural environment alongside young professionals and experienced mentors.


What Youll Do


Drive Sales Growth: Consistently generate new sales and meet established sales targets.

Develop New Accounts: Establish, manage, and cultivate relationships with new clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Nurture Existing Accounts: Sustain and expand current accounts, providing unparalleled customer service.

Market Intelligence: Gather, analyse, and report on market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.

Support Operations: Assist the Sales Director and General Manager with market analysis, forecasting, and general administrative support.

Manage Customer Orders: Process orders, communicate with clients, and oversee stock control to ensure smooth transactions.

Negotiate & Close Deals: Conduct price and contract negotiations, focusing on maximising profitability and ensuring client satisfaction.

Travel: Be prepared to travel for in-person meetings and industry events as needed.


Your Profile


Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international B2B sales.

Language Skills: Professional English and German both verbal and written.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any relevant administrative tools.

Personal Qualities: Strong communicator and negotiator with a team-oriented mindset. Youre adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
