Internship Business Engineer / Intrapreneur at CLEEVEN in Brussels

CLEEVEN is looking for a Business Engineer / Intrapreneur Intern to support the growth of our newly established office in Brussels. This internship is a unique opportunity to take on real responsibilities, grow alongside experienced leaders, and lay the foundation for your future career.

Your mission: Learn, take initiative, make an impact

Under the guidance of Maxime De Pierpont, Head of CLEEVEN Brussels, youll be involved in building our local operations through three key areas:

Business Development

• Take part in client prospection and commercial follow-up, mainly in the banking, insurance, and finance sectors.
• Help initiate and maintain strategic partnerships.

Recruitment & Team Management

• Support the recruitment process of top-tier engineering consultants.
• Help onboard and monitor the progress of new team members.

Project Support

• Stay connected with our consultants on assignment.
• Assist in ensuring project delivery and provide day-to-day support.

Youll receive hands-on coaching and ongoing training from our leadership team to develop your skills and unlock your potential.

Your profile

• Masters student in Management from a Belgian business school (e.g., Solvay, ICHEC, Louvain School of Management, HEC Lige, etc.).
• Available for a 3 to 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
• High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong motivation to learn and grow.
