Yourkey responsibilities Ever wondered how you can offer a package thatis both attractive for employees and tax/social/cost optimal forcompanies? As an employer, it is essential to adopt a fair,attractive, flexible, transparent, and sustainable compensationpackage. This is crucial to ensure employee loyalty and to remaincompetitive in the war for talent. Additionally, you need toclosely monitor all changes in the tax, social, and labor lawlandscape. As an Employee Reward Consultant within the Reward team,you will guide employers in rethinking their reward andremuneration strategy so they can make the best choices for theircompany and their employees. Should we offer moreflexibility in the benefits and remuneration we provide to ouremployees? How can we create a lasting People Experience in ourremuneration strategy? What we look for You will obtain a masters degree inlaw or economics potentially with a supplementary degree in fiscalmatters.
