Viridis Talent is proud to be working with one of Europes most established Independent Power Producers (IPPs), supporting their continued growth across Italy. Were currently looking for an experienced Senior Wind Project Development Manager to lead the development of onshore wind projects in Southern Italy, based from their Naples office.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Wind Project Development Manager, youll take ownership of utility-scale wind projects from greenfield through to ready-to-build. This is a high-impact role with strong autonomy and support from an experienced European platform with a significant renewable pipeline.

What Youll Be Doing

• Identifying and developing new wind project opportunities across Southern Italy
• Managing all aspects of the development process: permitting, environmental assessments, grid, land, and stakeholder engagement
• Navigating Italian regulatory frameworks and maintaining positive relationships with local authorities and communities
• Leading internal and external project teams through key development milestones
• Supporting MA and co-development partnerships where needed

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years experience in wind project development in the Italian market
• Proven ability to take projects from origination to RTB
• Strong understanding of permitting and Italian energy regulation
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Based in or open to relocating to Naples
