Kronos Group is looking for aJunior Buyerto join a dynamic procurement team on a3-month assignmentfor one of our clients, a leading international banking institution. This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in operational procurement within the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:Support the purchasing team in theexecution of day-to-day procurement activities , including purchase order creation, follow-up, and validation.Handlesupplier communicationto ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.Assist in thecoordination of deliveries and logistics follow-up , including internal tracking and documentation.Ensure accuratedata entry and maintenance of procurement recordsin relevant tools and systems.Monitor and report on order statuses, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders toalign procurement operations with project timelines and requirements .Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree inProcurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration , or a related field.Good command ofExcel(basic to intermediate level).Strong organizational skills andattention to detail .Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and work in astructured, process-driven environment .Fluency inItalian and English(written and spoken) is required.Prior internship or short-term experience in procurement is a plus.
