Inside Sales Representative
My client is a leading distributor of Tier 1 solar and renewable energy products in Europe, with a strong focus on quality, service and international distribution? They support installers, EPCs and resellers with the latest solar technology and a reliable supply chain.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing inbound inquiries, generating quotes, processing orders, and supporting the external sales team. Your goal is to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and drive sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to support strategic accounts and campaigns.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, or renewable energy products is a huge plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
