This role is vital in optimizing material costs and boosting productivity within the plant.The responsibilities include developing, leading, and executing initiatives related to technical productivity, supporting the Procurement team in achieving productivity targets on direct materials, with a focus on:Insource, outsource, and change of supplierQuality & value engineering changesSupply base optimization and risk mitigationThe role involves participating in the BOC to animate productivity actions, organizing and leading QVE days, conducting productivity workshops, and building a pipeline of projects to ensure year-over-year productivity growth.
