This includes collecting requirements from stakeholders, defining and designing business and functional needs, aligning and prioritizing requirements based on the product vision, and monitoring development through the appropriate methodology for each project. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors comply with Trace One''s methodology. You ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain within the project team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes.Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.Design solutions in partnership with the Enterprise Solution Architect, documented in the Business Blueprint.Refine and document detailed user requirements for development and QA clarity.Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed.Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies.Support QA testing efforts, including developing user acceptance criteria.Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments.Provide expertise on PLM solutions.Support business case development for innovation proposals.Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs when necessary.Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants.Core CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and functional levels.Leadership skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions.Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies.Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients.Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Willingness to travel for requirements gathering and other project needs.Experience in PLM software implementations, especially in the food & beverage industry.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Educational and Experience RequirementsOver 5 years of experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and related diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.Knowledge of the full SDLC.Experience with software design and modeling tools such as UML.Expected to travel domestically and internationally as needed.What Can You Expect from Us?Encouragement to suggest ideas and solutions.International and multicultural environment.Opportunities for internal growth.Soft skills training and access to our Internal Academy.Unlimited LinkedIn Learning access.Engaging events organized by our Happiness Committee.The Trace One group is an equal opportunities employer.
