Shipping and Logistic Specialist

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

CCNL Metalworking Industry, level C2, commensurate with the candidate''s experience, plus meal vouchers.

Possibility of smart working.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Applicants should have some experience in a similar role, with preference in complex process and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skill and ability to work in team
• Strong English communication skill both verbal and written is a must.
• Able to work without supervision to complete the assigned tasks.

The resource, dedicated to assigned project, the role will be accountable for the flowless and speed execution of the contractual document issuing, control, exchange and storage, mainly pertinent to shipping and custom transactions. Candidate will work in tight contact with GTE functions, shipping managers and logistic providers, to manage successfully achieve the timing completion of the assigned task. Always with top priority on HSE standard and compliance to Company Values, will have to:

• Support the shipping manager in managing the transportation for the project
• Expedite and speed up the exchange of documentation between parties where needed.
• Interact with Project shipping team, both in Florence and in US
• Execute the shipment assigned, follow up with appointed shipping forwarder, update the status to Project Team and Customer if needed
