Job Opening: Purchasing Support Specialist
For our Purchasing Department, we are seeking a young and dynamic professional responsible for supporting daily activities to ensure effective and efficient management of the supply of goods, materials, and services.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
- Supporting the purchase of goods, materials, and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets;
- Preparing and raising purchase orders and schedules;
- Managing relationships with suppliers;
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures;
- Preparing reports and updates;
- Organizing shipments to/from suppliers;
Required Hard Skills
- Bachelor''s degree in Economics or a related field;
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience working closely with suppliers;
- Ability to add value, reduce costs, and contribute to business improvements;
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes.

- Good communication skills;
- Resourcefulness and a dynamic approach;
- Strong organizational skills.
