Your responsibilities include creating and delivering product demonstrations, managing proof of concept processes, and ensuring a smooth transition to our professional services and customer support teams. Additionally, you will contribute technical insights to support product improvements and enhance customer engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales representatives to promote customer engagement and solution adoption.Perform detailed discovery to understand customer needs and requirements.Create and deliver tailored software demonstrations to support pre-sales efforts.Conduct pre-sales activities such as proofs of concept, pilots, workshops, and evaluations related to our products.Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs for our solutions.Support canned demonstrations in the territory as needed.Provide feedback to product management and marketing based on customer input and market trends to inform product development and positioning.Qualifications:MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, or related fields.At least 3 years of laboratory experience in research or industry, focusing on medicinal chemistry, chemoinformatics, or industrial chemistry.Experience with scientific and informatics tools such as ChemDraw, electronic lab notebooks (ELN), and analytics platforms like Spotfire is highly desirable.Proficiency with scripting languages and RESTful APIs is advantageous.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively demonstrating solutions and conveying value.Customer-oriented with the ability to engage clients at all levels, conduct demonstrations, and manage proof of concept projects.Willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences, with an expected travel rate of 30-40%.Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
