Our platform, designed as a modular system with independent verticals (Academy, Jobs, and more), is interconnected through a shared intelligence layer, embodying principles of scalability, flexibility, and customer-centric design.As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be crucial in:Design and Implementation:Lead backend scalable and secure architecture aligned with the product requirements. Define and implement the domain model, system structure, data flow,and key backend components.Service and API Integration and Development:Develop and maintain backend services andAPIs that support core business logic. Ensure they are reliable, well-documented, and easy tointegrate with other systems, while maintaining clarity, consistency, and performance.AWS Cloud Development:Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services. Apply Infrastructure as Code and optimize for scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency.Testing, Quality, and Security:Implement automated tests. Enforce coding standards,conduct code reviews, and apply security best practices.Deployment and Maintenance:Use CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
