Location: Central FlorenceAvailability: Full-time (part-time applications will also be considered)Minimum Salary: 1,800 gross (13 months) + approximately 150 net in monthly benefitsBrands: Europass Teacher Academy and, occasionally, Europass Italian Language SchoolWho We're Looking ForWe are looking for a dynamic, curious, and critically-minded content creator with a strong passion for producing both video and written content in English, and ideally in Italian as well.The ideal candidate:Is curious, analytical, and loves asking "why" and "how."Has excellent writing and communication skills in English (and ideally Italian).Is confident on camera, able to speak to audiences authentically and energetically.Can work independently to explore new educational topicsKey ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Community EngagementProduce and manage bilingual (English and Italian) written and video content.Take the lead in video productions where you are also the on-camera protagonist, showing authenticity and energy.Manage multichannel content distribution across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others.Collaborate closely with teachers, students, and the marketing team to generate authentic and mission-driven content ideas.Research and introduce a wide variety of educational topics across formats.Marketing EditorialPlan and execute an editorial calendar to engage and grow our online communities.Write and manage two newsletters (Europass ILS and Europass TA), reaching over 100,000 subscribers.Create and edit blog posts and manage social media content that reaches hundreds of thousands of people.Oversee website content updates using WordPress.Design and run influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and collaborating with sector-relevant personalities.Online Course Management (Moodle LMS)Organize and update existing online course materials.Collaborate with trainers to review and improve educational content.Manage the publication, presentation, and maintenance of online courses on Moodle.Required QualificationsExcellent communication and writing skills in both English and Italian.Experience in video production and on-camera presentation.Strong organizational skills and independent work ethic.Competence in managing content across multiple platforms, understanding the nuances of each.Proficiency with tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, and preferably Moodle or other LMS platforms.Ability to work both independently and as part of a young, creative, and collaborative team of 45 people.
