<p style=font-family: Arial;><strong>Main missions</strong></p><p style=font-family: Arial;>As Head of the Corporate Finance team, your role will revolve around the following topics:nbsp;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Actively involved in the internal development strategy of AXA LM via carrying valuations;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Supervise the capital management of entities within AXA LM perimeter (AXA as well as Funds) as well as structure simplification topics;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Supervise asset-liability management processes (ALM); and<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Supervise financial modeling and ad-hoc studies.</p><p style=font-family: Arial;>1. nbsp; nbsp;<span style=text-decoration: underline;>Internal development strategy</span><br>AXA Liabilities Managers has shifted its strategic focus towards run-off (re)insurance portfolios within AXA perimeter. Thanks to the expertise acquired by managing France-based and US-based run-off reinsurance AXA entities, AXA LM is in a position to offer tailor made reinsurance solutions for AXA reinsurance portfolios in run-off.<br>Key aspects of your role will be to:<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Actively involved in the valuation of ongoing and future internal development opportunities and organize valuation meetings;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Give advice to the ExCom with respect to options for pricing and structuring for a given acquisition;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Take part in due diligences when required;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Use your network at AXA to try to source new internal development opportunities; andnbsp;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Refine and adapt existing valuation tools in order to have the latest regulatory changes factored in valuations</p><p style=font-family: Arial;>2. nbsp; nbsp;<span style=text-decoration: underline;>Simplification of the capital structure strategy</span><br>Key aspects of your role will be to:<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Actively involved in the assessment of simplification structuring in order to upstream more capital to Group;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Give advice to the ExCom with respect to simplification options; and<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Liaise with counterparties within Group (Group Corporate Finance, Group Tax, Group Performance Management, etc.) to better assess simplification opportunities</p><p style=font-family: Arial;>3. nbsp; nbsp;<span style=text-decoration: underline;>Capital management</span><br>Key aspects of your role will be to:<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;AXA entities<br>o nbsp; nbsp;Interact with Group counterparties (Group Corporate Finance, Group Tax, etc.) to address and conduct topics relating to capital<br>o nbsp; nbsp;Liaise with other AXA LM departments (PBR, Risk management, etc.) to produce consistent and reliable data (accounting as well as regulatory S2) for reportings<br>o nbsp; nbsp;Implement and execute capital upstreams for all the legal entities within AXA LM perimeter<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Funds entities<br>o nbsp; nbsp;Work closely with Luxembourg team in topics relating to accounting and capital hedging<br>o nbsp; nbsp;Take part in various communications due to Funds investors (Investor reports, ad-hoc requests, etc.); and<br>o nbsp; nbsp;(As Independent valuer of funds) Supervise the right execution of the yearly performance update and monitor cash and capital relating to funds business</p><p style=font-family: Arial;>4. nbsp; nbsp;<span style=text-decoration: underline;>Asset-liability management</span><br>Key aspects of your role will be to:<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Be the main contact for asset managers with respect to funds portfolios, in charge of supervising quarterly investment committees;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Supervise the execution of decided investment plans;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Be the main contact for AXA France with respect to AXA portfolios, in charge of supervising ALM processes;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Responsible of ALM models for all legal entities managed by AXA LM (Funds + AXA portfolios);<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Supervise the maintenance and development of ALM models;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Responsible for the assets database administration and the various investment reportings;<br>bull; nbsp; nbsp;Supervise var
