The S&OP analyst will lead demand planning, forming partnerships with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution to meet plans.You will support the transportation network''s improvement and optimization, focusing on how parcels are shipped from fulfillment centers to customers. This role involves coordinating and managing ongoing programs, including volume planning and designing process improvements across stakeholders such as Fulfillment centers, Amazon Middle Mile services, and delivery stations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with large data sets.Success in this position requires comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. An open mind, drive, and ambition will foster innovation. This role offers high autonomy and the opportunity to implement operational improvements while managing diverse responsibilities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degreeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, VBA)Fluency in English, with strong communication skillsExperience in analyzing operational metrics and problem-solvingAbility to evaluate priorities, resolve conflicts, and deliver within deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters degree (preferred)Advanced proficiency in SQL/ETLKnowledge of project management, handling multiple priorities, and stakeholder engagementExperience in network planning or logistics/operations managementExceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilitySound business judgment, influential skills, and strong analytical thinkingExperience leading cross-functional teamsStrong presentation skillsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
