The S&OP analyst will lead demand planning, forming partnerships with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution to meet plans.You will support the transportation network''s improvement and optimization, focusing on how parcels are shipped from fulfillment centers to customers. This role involves coordinating and managing ongoing programs, including volume planning and designing process improvements across stakeholders such as Fulfillment centers, Amazon Middle Mile services, and delivery stations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with large data sets.Success in this position requires comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. An open mind, drive, and ambition will foster innovation.
