Over de rol :
De afdeling Support Heavy Construction biedt technische ondersteuning aan vertegenwoordigers, dealers en eindgebruikers van Leica Geosystems Machine Control producten. Daarnaast vult de afdeling ook een adviserende rol in binnen en buiten de organisatie.
In deze functie functioneer je als technische specialist voor het installeren en afregelen van alle machine controle systemen die Leica Geosystems levert. Bekijk onze producten hier:
Deze installaties betreffen alle producten die gebruikt worden binnen Heavy Construction, denk daarbij aan producten voor graafmachines, dozers, levelborden, heistellingen etc. Naast de installatie van de machines, regel je de machine ook af en maak je de gebruiker bekend met de nieuwigheden in de zojuist genstalleerde hard- en software. Daarnaast lever je (telefonisch) support, draag je zorg voor het oplossen van storingen en vervang je onderdelen t.b.v. reparaties en/of onderhoud.
