This role is part of the French Operations team and supports NIITs customer(s) in France As a training operations coordinator, you will be reporting to the training operations manager. You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders in France, coordinating training session delivery. You will master and oversee all activities within the service. Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site, Organize the training sessions according to trainees expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution, Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program, Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required, Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool Exposure to an international work environment ~ High-level understanding of the training landscape in France ~ Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM ~ Fluent in French and English is a mandatory requirement ~ Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint ~
