Your responsibilities:
- Generative AI Application Development : Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate LLMs and classical AI techniques into applications, focusing on user experience and real-time performance.
- Algorithm Development : Design, optimize, and fine-tune LLM-based algorithms for use cases like text generation, summarization, information extraction, chatbots, code generation, and sentiment analysis.
- LLM Fine-Tuning : Customize and fine-tune pre-trained LLMs using prompt engineering, transfer learning, and few-shot techniques.
- End-to-End Pipeline Development : Build and maintain production-ready ML pipelines, automate workflows, and follow MLOps practices.
- Performance Optimization : Optimize model inference speed, reduce latency, and manage resource usage for cloud-based services.
- Scalable Model Deployment : Collaborate on cloud-based (AWS, Azure) scalable model deployments, ensuring high availability.
- Monitoring and Maintenance : Implement continuous monitoring, feedback loops, and address model drift, biases, and accuracy issues.
- Software Development : Follow best practices like writing unit tests, configuring CI/CD pipelines, setting up APIs, and using containerization.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Experience : 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with expertise in classical machine learning and LLM-based applications.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Python, experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), Transformer architectures, and LLM frameworks (LangChain).
- MLOps Knowledge : Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deployment : Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), deploying AI models, and working with services like Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker.
- Data Engineering : Strong experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and handling structured/unstructured data.
- Model Evaluation : Proficiency in evaluating classical ML models and LLMs using relevant metrics.
- Optimization : Experience optimizing models for performance and resource efficiency.
