Job DescriptionThe role involves leading Oracle Platform Services, including Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Database, to deliver high-quality, innovative, and customer-focused system support to multiple clients. The team lead will support technical design, major problem resolution, and complex integrations, coordinating with other ERP team leads and Heads of Units to transform ERP services to meet long-term client goals.Objectives of the ProgrammeThe Centre aims to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its clients and partner organizations.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork under the supervision of the Head of Oracle Unit (OPOU), leading and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and managing human resources in line with policies.Establish and maintain project plans, oversee service maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and service improvement projects.Provide technical advice, develop strategies, and support service delivery improvements.Manage customer satisfaction, understand technical concerns, and coordinate with UNICC teams and clients to ensure projects are within budget and timelines.Promote industry best practices, evaluate new trends and technologies, and contribute to transforming ERP services towards cloud-based solutions.Adhere to UNICCs change, incident, and problem management processes; establish processes for capacity, availability, and service level management.Support other teams and participate in special projects as needed.Recruitment ProfileExperience and Skills RequiredMinimum of 5 years'' experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle Database support, following best practices.Strong planning, listening, and project management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects.Experience in cloud technologies, IT service management, client engagement, and team management.EducationUniversity degree in Computer Science or related field.Relevant Oracle certifications or training.LanguagesExpert knowledge required.
