Life Science) - Milano role at The Adecco Group1 day ago - Be among the first 25 applicantsAbout the RoleReporting to the Consultant Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Life Science specialization offices/branches, managing activities in commercial development and delivery autonomously. Responsibilities include developing potential clients, order management, and supporting the reference branches in handling complex orders specific to the sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine target list of companies in the sector for service proposals, coordinating with the branch.Conduct scouting activities through job postings and competitor analysis.Provide consulting services to clients for qualified personnel search and assessment activities.Network with industry associations, professional communities, training entities, and social networks to become a reference point for specific profiles and projects.Manage search and selection mandates, including job posting, screening, interviews, candidate identification, shortlisting, and onboarding.Recruitment ActivitiesBuild and maintain a pipeline of specialized candidates to meet client demands in the Life Science sector.Develop attraction channels and network actively to become a sector reference.Manage client mandates from job posting to candidate onboarding.Promote personnel evaluation using dedicated tools for assessing hard and soft skills.Additional RequirementsAvailability for regular travel within the territory (20-50%).Degree in humanities or economics; Master in Human Resources preferred.At least 3 years of experience in commercial consulting or recruitment, with sector-specific expertise.Proficiency in Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook; English at B2 level.Team-oriented, goal-driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills; customer-focused attitude.QualificationsDegree in humanistic or economic disciplines; Masters in HR is a plus.Experience in commercial and/or recruitment roles in the sector for at least 3 years.About UsThe Adecco Group, with over 34,000 colleagues worldwide and more than 2,800 in Italy, is a leading HR Solutions platform.
