We are looking for an experienced freelance Salesforce professional to support us on a regular basis with the following:
- CRM: Data management, account segmentation, and process optimization, automations, analytics.
- Reports: Building insightful reports and dashboards for sales and marketing, including both data and visual charts
- Marketing Automation: Support with the existing synchronization between Salesforce and ActiveCampaign, used for email marketing and contact nurturing workflows
Preferred Skills:
- Marketing knowledge to enhance CRM and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Salesforce.
- Direct collaboration (no agencies, only independent freelancers).
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for an ongoing monthly agreement.
- English mandatory, Italian preferred.
