Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end deal execution including financial modeling and due diligence
Conduct industry and company research to identify investment opportunities
Prepare investment committee materials and support decision-making
Engage with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across geographies
Requirements
23 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
International academic or professional background is a strong plus
