About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Senior Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic team for a key project. This role involves leading the development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, working on complex projects, and guiding a team of developers to enhance our clients sales operations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes and enhance project efficiency.
- Customise and configure the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to meet client-specific requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer, with a track record of successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and components.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in various industry sectors is a plus.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is desirable.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET.
- Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
