Position: Business Developer Office Interior DesignSector (General Contractors & Design Studios) PositionObjective The selected candidate will be responsible for expandingthe companys commercial presence in the office interior solutionssector, with a specific focus on general contractors, designstudios, and corporate clients. They will manage the entirebusiness development process: from mapping opportunities tohandling negotiations and finalizing commercial agreements. KeyResponsibilities - Develop the client portfolio by acquiring newcontacts among architecture firms, interior designers, andcompanies active in the contract sector. - Manage complex andlong-term business relationships in coordination with the technicaland design departments. - Promote modular and customized furnituresolutions, contributing to the enhancement of the companysoffering. - Participate in trade fairs, events, and networkingactivities to increase brand visibility within the target market. -Conduct ongoing market monitoring, including competitors andindustry trends. - Collaborate in defining commercial strategiesand development plans for priority geographical areas. Requirements- At least 35 years of experience in commercial roles withinoffice furniture, contract, construction, or interior designsectors. - In-depth knowledge of the world of general contractorsand design studios. - Strong ability to build trusted relationshipsand manage medium- to long-term negotiations. - Results-orientedmindset, with proactivity and strong operational autonomy. -Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and abroad. -Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of additionallanguages is a plus.
