Wegh Group spa is seeking a Management Control Specialist for its Fornovo Taro plant. Reporting directly to the company management, the candidate will manage and monitor corporate budgets, focusing on developing a comprehensive management control system including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for executive leadership.Responsibilities:Implement a management control system by preparing monthly analysis reports of financial statements and formulating forecasts with the support of the first-line management.Assist the Management in treasury management, continuously analyzing rates and banking conditions.Analyze the management control system, prepare periodic economic reports and monthly financial statements, collaborate with the administrative function, and verify correct account entries, including margin analysis.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in metalworking, SME, or medium-sized companies.Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods, proficiency with management control tools (ERP systems, Power BI).Strong accounting experience and advanced analytical skills.Advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel.Educational background in Business Economics, Finance, or equivalent.Language skills: minimum B1-B2 level.Willingness to travel briefly and occasionally to other Wegh plant locations in Italy and abroad.Additional Information:Permanent contract with an initial probation period.Competitive salary based on experience.Full-time hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.We welcome applications from all genders in accordance with Law 903/77.Please send your CV in PDF format to (emailprotected), including authorization for data processing under GDPR.About Us: With 60 years of experience and four plants in Italy (Parma, Bergamo, Prato, and La Spezia), Wegh Group spa specializes in rail mobility, including railway, tram, and metro sectors.
