Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle OMP implementations, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and develop tailored OMP solutions.
- Configure and optimise OMP modules for demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Provide expert-level guidance on best practices and process improvements using OMP technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and continued success.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in OMP software and supply chain trends to drive innovation within projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
- Strong expertise in OMP, with hands-on experience in solver techniques.
- Proven track record of successful OMP implementations across industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or retail.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, S&OP, and inventory management.
- Experience integrating OMP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex supply chain scenarios and deliver actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- OMP certification or equivalent hands-on experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
