As an IT service manager you are responsible for ensuring that IT services are continuously maintained, optimized, and developed to deliver maximum value to users, meet their needs, monitor supplier performance, and uphold professional, secure, and future-ready service levels through concrete improvement plans and adherence to process guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external IT partners
- Oversee the full IT chain, from operations to strategic improvements
- Ensure continuity and high-quality service delivery
- Drive improvements in lifecycle management, security, and audits
- Engage with users to understand expectations
- Translate user needs into KPIs and service agreements
Your profile:
- HBO working and thinking level
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- 5 years of experience in a service management position
- In-depth knowledge of service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience implementing these frameworks
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working in partnership with external suppliers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
