Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Quality Investigation Material Processor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in inspecting incoming materials and supporting development and manufacturing processes. You should be adaptable to changing priorities and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional testing of devices for lot qualification.
• Perform package integrity testing as required by procedures.
• Inspect mechanical components and materials upon arrival.
• Maintain and organize inspection records and reports.
• Input data into the computer system.
• Assist Quality Engineers with test method development and device investigations.
• Conduct internal quality audits as needed.
• Oversee calibration contractors during equipment testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience as a mechanical inspector in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of generating and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic knowledge of shop math.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO inspection documentation and standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
